Week Four - October 4th to 14th, 2009
Day 21 & 22, Oct 5 & 6, 2009: "If I could talk to Jesus, what would his message be for the world today in 2009?"
For This Incubation: I wrote it down twice on little lime green post it notes. Because I had messed up my sleep schedule, I needed all the help I could get.
A vision came to me as I closed my eyes to go to sleep. It was sudden and quick. I saw a friend of mine who is a Physiotherapist.
In the night as I slept I dreamt of a bunch of people having to go see Physiotherapists. I take that to mean that is my answer. If I could talk to Jesus, perhaps he would say that we all need Physiotherapists. Sounds funny.
Interpretation: Looking up what "Physiotherapy" really means is the first thing I did this morning. It is an understanding of how the body moves, what keeps it from moving and how to restore mobility. Let us get moving people.
Day 23, Oct 7, 2009: "What are the winning Lotto 649#'s for Wednesday, October 7th, 2009?"
For This Incubation: I wrote the question down in a statement form. "The Winning Lotto #'s are...(space) for Wed, Oct.7th/09.
Fits and bad spells throughout the night and only knowing of two numbers at about two o'clock in the morning. Not remembering what I dreamt either. I wrote those two numbers down. ( 3 and 1)
On my video I tell of ways you can get answers intuitively. One way is to ask a question, close your eyes and a symbol may pop up that represents your answer. Such as, last night on the Biggest Loser TV Show it was down to the orange and green team in the challenge and I saw an orange. The orange team won the challenge.
Another way is to close your eyes and put some children's play blocks in front of you. Turn them over one at a time to reveal the answer. Or if it is a name you can turn them over all at once. I did this for last year's Hell's Kitchen final episode. It was bugging me who the winner was going to be. The blocks worked and I won the bet.
Interpretation: Will 3, and 1 show up on tonight's lotto or do I have a 3 and 1 chance of winning?
My block turn shows: 1, 3, 14, 15, 32, 48 (I best be playing these numbers in case they come in)
Update: I did not get one number! ahhhhhh!!!! My trick works for guessing reality TV winners. Oh well. It was fun trying. hee hee
Day 24, Oct 8, 2009: "Will a lot of people be relocating by 2012? And if so, where to?"
For This Incubation: Intention to astral travel and I did.
I flew into a city and did not recognize where I was. (It feels like I am a super hero when I do this) Not knowing where I was, I zoomed down into the streets looking for street signs. Finally I heard someone say we were in Toronto.
Interpretation: My guess is that people from coastal areas who still want to be in a big metropolis, may choose to move to Toronto. I'm also thinking because I live in Canada, that this area of the world was my unconscious focus.
P.S - Regarding yesterday's question, I think I have resistance to winning the lottery. The numbers that came in were not right. ha ha I didn't get one number. Good grief. Anyhow, it works for figuring out the winners on reality shows.
It is now October 9th! We are in the last week of this challenge and I want to focus on NOW type questions.
Speaking of last night, It is after 7 am and I still cannot remember dreaming anything that relates to the question listed below at all.
I was dreaming of graduating from something and celebrating. So I shall ask the question again tonight and see what I can come up with. Also, it's a good one to have a Cat Nap about.

Day 25 & 26th, Oct. 9 & 10: "If I wanted to ditch a bad habit in minutes, how would I achieve that goal?"
For This Incubation: I wrote out the question and hoped for the best as this was the second time asking.
Japan! I dreamt about how the Japanese have the answer and they are practicing it right now. Now that I am awake and understand what it is, I recognize the practice is here in North America also.
Because of my bad habit of wanting to go back to sleep after I have woken up (particularly on the weekends) I only remember what I wrote above and not specifics. I had to search this morning to find the word I was looking for to describe what I knew from my dream.
Reiki. The practice of reiki can heal you of bad habits within minutes. Reading about it,I found that it was about 'Divine Intervention 'and 'Hands on Healing'.
Interpretation: This answer about the Reiki led me to think about Doreen Virtue. She asked the angels for Divine Intervention to take away her cravings for chocolate. It worked. So in the night time hours, I see Reiki as the answer and during the day, my mind clues me into remembering to ask the angels for help too!
Day 27, Oct.11, 2009: "What is the one thing people can do right now to prevent cancer?"
For this Incubation: I wrote down the question and then had the intention as I went to sleep to have a story type dream that would explain it and that I would remember.
My story type dream had me sitting in a kitchen with a woman I know and she was telling me that she had had bowel trouble in Grade 8 and been checked out for it. The doctor told her that having a bowel movement once a week was good enough. I tell her NO. You must stay regular with your bowels. All disease begins in the bowel and spreads to other areas that are weaker. I also told her to let go of the past. Note: Said this in my video but did not explain. In Louise Hay's "You can Heal Your Life" book, the thought pattern associated with constipation is not letting go of the past. You must allow the new and vital to enter your life.
Then she shows the wall in her kitchen that was like ordering from a fast food place but her and her husband had decorated it to match the decor of their home. The foods you could eat were listed there along with the prices. I thought it was strange that they would be buying food from themselves in their own home. And it wasn't cheap either!
Soon though she changed to eating from a platter that was filled with fresh fish, fruits and vegetables, nuts etc.. Basically, I recognized it as a macrobiotic diet.
Interpretation: I have read books on this topic and I listen to Dr.Oz on a regular basis. So my advice to her in my dream was advice for myself also. It comes from what I already have been shown. I am also starting a macrobiotic diet so my dream was affirming to me that is the right way to go.
An "Ah Ha" Moment! While I was at the grocery store this afternoon, I heard the words in my head, "You'll pay for that." It was meant in a derogatory way. Suddenly, the part about the people in my dream paying for their food in their own homes (like at a fast food / cafeteria style restaurant) made sense. They would pay for it in health and medical bills if they kept eating that way.
Day 28, Oct.12, 2009: "What is a smart financial move people should be doing today to secure their futures?"
For This Incubation: I went to bed with the question in my head.
I saw people buying all kinds of insurance. Health Insurance, home insurance, car insurance, life insurance etc... This dream could be influenced by the movie we watched last night called 'Sunshine Cleaning'. There was a problem around insurance in that movie.
Also, the clear message in the movie was to have your own business if you want to get anywhere. Working for someone else at a low wage was not going to get you very far.
Interpretation: I feel my dream was definitely influenced by the movie I watched before going to bed. However, having insurance is a good idea and having your own gig is a good idea too.
Tonight, Oct. 13, 2009 - is the final night of the challenge and I am having to ask last night's question over again. Doubling up once more.
It is due to having a rough night. I was up a lot and did not sleep well.
Here's to tonight being a restful, revitalizing sleep for all of us!
Days 29 & 30, Oct.13th & 14th: "Angels or higher power, show me something that people want to know about."
For This Incubation: I used my pretty coral tulip paper and wrote out the question. Placed it beside my head and went to bed.
Back to High School I went and saw the interactions I had with others. Good and bad. Mostly good. Those are the years that you get to know who you are and what you are wanting at the beginning of your adult journey.
My dream had me walking along a path and one of my front teeth fell out. I caught it and went to the dentist. I did not want people to see me like that. Waiting to see if I could get into the dentist for them to put my tooth back in, other teeth were falling out. They looked like pearls. Teeth to me represent decisions. I am to make a decision at a time.
As I held a lot of teeth in the palm of my hand, my right eye turned in and a weird white background with a blue ring took it's place. Again, I did not want anyone to know I could see things that they couldn't. And I didn't want them to see me looking like that. Kept doing eye exercises to get my eye back to normal looking and it worked. Was thinking I would have to get an eye patch.
Then I heard the angels say that you are not to trespass against others and if and when they trespass against you, you are to walk your own path. Walk away from it and focus on what you are wanting in your life. Allow others to walk their own path too.
Interpretation: This message is a contradiction to what we see in the movies and on TV. A lot of it is about revenge. What a different story it would make if we walked away... I interpret my dream as being who I am. Continuing to walk my own path, see what I see and make my own decisions.
